Mother's Day

It doesn't take much to make this Mother happy.  Phone calls from children, grandchildren and even a very dear friend from the past, cards, tulips, chocolates, a lovely book.  This was a very lovely Mother's Day.  For some reason I am not having my usual paranoid issues about motherhood, just enjoying it all.  Maybe I am finally maturing or maybe I am just feeling mentally, spiritually and physically healthy.  It's a good thing.
