Kelsi Graduates from Sixth Grade

So these are not very good pictures, taken from such a distance, but it is what was on Instagram today.  Hopefully a better one might get placed on there,  So Kelsi is off to Junior High next year!!!  The school she went to in Solana Beach was really a nice one.  I was so impressed every time I have been there.

Christmas with the Hardys, 2017

On Christmas Eve four families came over and each had children of about the same ages!!!  James cooked prime rib and Camber had lots of delicious veggies plus there was lots of salads and desserts.  On Christmas Day the missionaries came over and these are a mix of pictures that were taken.

There was lots of presents on Christmas morning for every one!!!  Including me!!!!

Two Guys and and a Gal

So while the James, Camber, Lea, Jimmy and Kelsi  are off in Hawaii for the week visiting Jacob, who is attending BYU Hawaii, I am spending the week with the dogs.  Bear and Sadie know each other from previous visits and are about the same size.  They love to tuzzle.

Hamilton is the larger dog and not so familiar to Sadie.  However, Bear is always barking at Hamilton as if Bear is his boss.  This goes on for awhile until Sadie starts getting after Bear when he hazzles Hamilton.  It is a riot to watch the dynamics of these sweet dogs.  All are very loving.

Now that I have been feeding them for over a week and walking around the property with them a few times a day they are liking me and I cannot sit on the couch without them all competing for my attention.  Bear even likes kisses!

Jacob

The family will be visiting Jacob in Hawaii for Thanksgiving.  They are missing him.  I was surprised he has almost 1000 followers on Instagram.  He is a surfing champ.  I remember having such fun with him over the years, he was a delight to take care of as a toddler because he was so interested in everything, every toy I could come out of the closet with, he was fascinated to try.

It will be fun to see what is going on with these two, Lea, the beautiful model type and Jimmy the skateboarding whiz and goalie expert.  Lea is a senior!!!   And Jimmy a junior!!!  I am really going to feel my age with all this beauty and energy around me.

Someone said you should get permission before posting pictures of children.  But I feel if they posted publicly on Instagram, then I can put it in my blog.  I am about the only one that reads it and I really enjoy keeping up with everybody as much as I am able.  And, the purpose for my blog is because I will not remember...I really enjoy looking back and seeing and reading everything.  So glad Maria got me doing a blog...

The Hardys are on a Cruise this week, except for Jacob who is staying with his grandparents and surfing!!!   And Winning, see below.   Have not seen any pictures of the Cruise yet.

Jacob came down to So Cal for the weekend of July 23rd tand took Fifth Place in 18 Year Olds.  Thanks to Mary, his grandmother, for the pix.  She was a surfing champion herself when she was young!!!

I sent Jacob a card with money in it.  I am just never sure if the Hardys receive anything I send?????

Jacob has become a champion surfer and plans to continue his surfing this next year at BYU Hawaii!!!
