I have finally found the perfect way to exercise. Yes, it is dancing but so much easier since I discovered Paul Anka Radio brings music from the 50's with just the right beat to keep you moving and make it fun. Yea! Goal is a minimum of 1 hour a day at least. So far I have done it but my legs are aching. Still much better than finding myself a mile from home and panting and cold by walking in this winter weather.
